On ne remerciera jamais assez Quentin Tarantino pour ses choix musicaux. Django Unchained nous a ainsi permis de découvrir Brother Dege avec Too old to Die Young. En écoutant Folk Songs of the American Longhair,son 9e album, une autre piste nous force au replay : The Battle of New Orleans, chanson qu’on imagine dans un autre film, O’Brother… Du blues folk agrémenté d’une grosse caisse pour marquer un peu plus les temps et d’un bottleneck pour nous emmener dans l’Ouest américain…
